La Tablee: Graillot Dinner (Al Coro): No detailed notes here. This was poured as a sipper for the reception before the dinner. In line with the other vintages with the white fleshy fruit.

    2. Tony Kim

A deliciously silky yet vibrant blend of 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne.Scents of stone fruits, apricots and honey blossom underscored by a complexing kernel nuttiness. The palate is succulent fruit/peach deftly balanced by citrus/zesty acidity and a fine phenolic grip that carries the length of the palate.

The estate today boasts about 22 hectares, predominantly Syrah vines, complemented by plots of Marsanne and Roussanne. Situated on sandy, gravelly terrains with alluvial stones, the vineyards produce a robust Syrah, particularly from the Crozes-Hermitage vineyard planted in 1973. Embracing organic farming, every grape is handpicked, ensuring impeccable quality. Their signature wine, La Guiraude from Crozes-Hermitage, is reserved for the best vintages.
