Return Policy

Do we accept RETURNS?
– Yes, we do accept returns.

How many days do customers have to return wine?
– 10 days from the date of delivery.

How can customers return the wine?

  • You can bring it to our retail location in downtown Palm Springs or
  • We can email you a return label. You will have to take the package to the nearest FedEx drop-off location. 


How will I receive the return label?
– We will email it to you.

If I purchase the wrong item/wine, how do I send it back?

  • You can bring it back to our retail shop.
  • Or we can send you a return label via email. You will incur the cost of shipping if this is the case.


Do you charge a re-stocking fee?

  • No we do not charge you a re-stocking fee if sending you the wrong vintage or wine was our mistake.
  • 15% of the price of the item in case of CUSTOMER REMORSE.


Can I return an open bottle of wine?

  • No, we do not accept open/used bottles of wine.
  • In case of corked bottle, please contact us.


Please understand that all the sales are final.

In a situation where we ship your item with the wrong vintage or altogether a wrong item, we will take the responsibility of making things right. We will arrange for the pickup of the wine from you and refund or reship the right item to you.

In the case of MISSED DELIVERY : If any case when the shipment is returned back to us due to non-presence or refused delivery, there will be a restocking fee and shipping charges of $120.00 per shipment (yes, there are shipping charges incurred when the shipment is sent back to us) applied to your transaction before the refund is made. The refund is made after we receive the wine. The restocking fee is 15% and the delivery charges are based upon the shipment.

Once we receive the wine shipment back from you (normally, within a week or even less), the refund is made to your credit card on the next business day. We will send you the receipt via email. Depending on your credit card bank, it may take extra few days for it to reflect on your statement.
