Tony Coltrin sourced the grapes for this Oberon 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon from some of Napa’s finest vineyards, including Oakville, Oak Knoll, and Yountville. He also included grapes from Suscol Ridge, Chiles Valley, Pope Valley, and Capell Valley. By blending fruit from these diverse regions, Tony created a wine with a seamless mouthfeel and rich, complex texture and flavors.
During the blending process, Tony looked to complimentary varieties like Zinfandel, Merlot, Syrah, and Petite Sirah to enhance the Cabernet’s deep colors and supple tannins. The result is a beautifully structured wine with a vibrant profile.
