    The Petite Sirah-dominated release (78% Petite Sirah, 18% Grenache, and tiny amounts of Roussanne and Syrah), the 2018 Under the Gun Petite Sirah reveals a dense purple/blue color as well as powerful, full-bodied aromas and flavors of blueberries, smoked blackberries, bay leaf, game, and ground pepper. This big, rich, stacked Petite Sirah has good acidity, ripe tannins, and despite its size, stays balanced and relatively light on its feet. Drink it any time over the coming decade.
