CBCC fall wine tasting 2022Immediate aromatics of violets and iron. In mouth the berries are fresh, crushed fruit like viscosity to the mouthfeel. I get a faint amount of smoke and leather. Quite like a fine left bank wine. Long lingering fruit seemed to last for a minute. Really spectacular wine – had the fruit of a Napa cabernet, but the earthy taste you typically see from Bordeaux.
