This high elevation contributes to the wine’s exceptional quality, imparting a unique character to the grapes.

      Crafted by winemaker Kristina Shideler, this wine is a blend of primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (98.5%) and a touch of Petit Verdot (1.5%). The meticulous winemaking process involves handpicking and destemming the grapes, followed by primary fermentation in stainless steel and malolactic fermentation in barrel. After 19 months of barrel aging in 38% new French oak, the wine was bottled on June 10, 2019.

      Acclaimed by wine critics, the Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Vineyards 2017 has received high praise.
