The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Elu checks in as 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc, and the final 1% Malbec. This fleshy, supple 2017 offers medium to full-bodied richness, just a hint of chewy tannins, and classic aromas of black cherry, currants, plums, incense, and chocolaty spice. It's nicely balanced, has plenty of fruit, and is going to keep for 10-15 years or more.

A soft, juicy red with loads of crushed berry and chocolate, as well as some orange-peel and hazelnut undertones. Coffee, too. It’s full-bodied with chewy tannins and a flavorful finish.
