Born in 1982 in the esteemed Pouilly-Fuissé appellation of Burgundy, Guillaume's roots in winemaking run deep, cultivated amidst the vines of his family's estate, initially planted by his great-grandfather. Driven by a passion for marrying the rich heritage of Burgundian winemaking with cutting-edge technology, Guillaume pursued and achieved the Oenologist’s National Diploma from the Jules Guyot Institute of Dijon.
