Growing up surrounded by the vineyards and wineries of Rutherford, Napa Valley, Kirk was instilled with a vision of excellence by his father. He learned the art of winemaking from an early age, working alongside his father, Nils Venge, in the family vineyard and winery. Kirk's dedication to his craft led him to pursue a degree in Viticulture and Enology at the renowned University of California, Davis.
