Eleven Eleven XI Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

In its second debut, the 2019 Eleven Eleven XI Cabernet Sauvignon commands attention with bold and structured characteristics that entice all senses. The appearance is impenetrable and inky while the bouquet expresses aromas of dark plums and blackberries. Composed of the five Bordeaux varietals although primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, classic notes of black fruits, smoked herbs, leather, and earth are on full display. Well-structured with balanced tannins, this impeccably made wine will easily age for at least a decade or more.
