His innate talent and dedication quickly propelled him through the ranks, from enologist to assistant winemaker, and eventually to his current role as associate winemaker. Working under the mentorship of Phillip Corallo-Titus, Richards has honed his skills, managing the intricate details of winemaking that contribute to the creation of exceptional wines. His approach combines rigorous scientific methods with a creative flair, ensuring that every bottle of wine produced under his supervision is a reflection of both the unique terroir of Pritchard Hill and his personal winemaking philosophy.
