Frédéric Weber

Frédéric Weber, the esteemed winemaker at Bouchard Père & Fils, brings a rich heritage and a profound dedication to his craft. Hailing from Alsace, he discovered his passion for winemaking during an internship in Champagne, which led him to pursue studies in agronomy and oenology at the renowned Institute Jules Guyot in Dijon. After working in esteemed wine regions such as Champagne and the Rhône Valley, he found his calling at Bouchard Père & Fils in 2002, where he has since held the position of Cellar Master. Frédéric’s belief in vinifying each parcel separately to express its unique personality, and his unwavering respect for terroir, have made him an indispensable force in Burgundy winemaking.
