Taking the reins as General Manager in 2019, Enrique has harnessed his extensive experience and knowledge to guide Viña Don Melchor to even greater achievements in winemaking. Since the winery’s inception in 1987, Enrique has collaborated closely with Jacques Boissenot, a revered French advisor from the prestigious Châteaux de Bordeaux. Today, continuing his father’s legacy, Eric Boissenot works alongside Enrique in crafting the exquisite Don Melchor wine.

In his role as Technical Director and CEO, Enrique strives to establish Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon as the benchmark for excellence worldwide, firmly placing it at the pinnacle of the wine industry. His boundless passion and devotion to the Chilean terroir of Puente Alto fuel his drive to create a wine that reflects the very best of this magnificent land.
