Blair Fox

Blair Fox, the accomplished winemaker at Fess Parker Winery, is a true connoisseur of his craft. Armed with a degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis, he embarked on his winemaking journey at Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, honing his skills. His passion for winemaking led him to Haselgrove Winery in Australia in 2003, broadening his horizons.

In 2005, Blair took the helm as Head Winemaker at Fess Parker Winery and Epiphany, where he has truly excelled. Blair’s expertise lies in capturing the unique essence of each vineyard, a talent that has earned him accolades from prestigious publications like Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

Blair, along with his wife Sarah and their two daughters, resides in the charming town of Los Olivos, where his dedication to winemaking continues to thrive.
