Patrick Jackson, a Fresno State graduate with expertise in Viticulture, Enology, and Chemistry, established Trixon Wine Co in 2019. Patrick’s journey in wine started with roles like Vice President of the Enology Society and a Senior Research Assistant, which gave him a solid foundation in winemaking. After further honing his skills at notable vineyards and earning a Master’s Degree focused on Food Entrepreneurship, he brought his passion and knowledge to his own venture, Trixon.

Trixon Wine Co is nestled in the breathtaking Gabilan Mountains in Salinas Valley. This area is known for its high ridges that reach 2,200-2,400 feet, a key feature of the Coastview Vineyard. The vineyard’s environment is meticulously maintained with sustainable practices, ensuring that every bottle of Trixon Wine reflects the true character of the land. Pygmy Sheep graze here, helping manage the grass and contributing to the vineyard’s health without the need for chemical interventions.

The unique climate of Monterey Bay influences the vineyard greatly. Cool breezes offset the warm days, which helps develop ripe, flavorful fruit with a perfect balance of crisp acidity.
