Located in the heart of Champagne, Charles Heidsieck is a renowned champagne house with a rich history dating back to its founding in 1852. Charles Heidsieck himself embarked on a bold journey to America, a country untapped by champagne trade at the time, where he quickly established himself as a champagne ambassador. His charm and charisma won over New York society, the business bourgeoisie, and even the South, including Louisiana.

Upon returning to Europe, Charles Heidsieck continued to captivate hearts, making his mark in Belgium and England, receiving recognition and decorations at Universal Exhibitions and gracing the royal courts with his champagne.

Staying true to Champagne tradition, the House owns and tends to a 75-hectare vineyard in the Marne and Aube departments. They also maintain long-term contracts with winegrowers and cooperatives, ensuring a consistent supply of quality grapes. Environmental responsibility is a core value for the House, with a commitment to sustainable viticulture and the “High Environmental Value” label since December 2015.
