Return Policy

Please understand that all the sales are final.
In a situation where we ship your item with wrong vintage or altogether a wrong item, we will take the responsibility of making things right. We will arrange for the pickup of the wine from you and refund or reship the right item to you.

In the case of RETURNED PACKAGE : If any case when the shipment is returned back to us due to non-presence or refused delivery, there will be a restocking fee and shipping charges (yes, there are shipping charges incurred when the shipment is sent back to us) applied to your transaction before the refund is made. The refund is made after we receive the wine. The restocking fee is 15% and the delivery charges are based upon the shipment.

Once we receive the wine shipment back from you (normally, within a week or even less), the refund is made to your credit card on the next business day. We will send you the receipt via email. Depending on your credit card bank, it may take extra few days for it to reflect on your statement.
