The craftsmanship behind this exceptional vintage is apparent in its production process. Venge Vineyards employed a 100% gravity flow system, ensuring a gentle and precise handling of the hand-picked fruit. The state-of-the-art Pellenc sorting and destemming system produced what can only be described as “fruit caviar,” resulting in pristine whole berries.

After 20 to 35 days on the skins, the wine was separated into “free run” and “light press” fractions, further refining its structure and complexity. The wine then matured in 65% new, tight-grained French Oak barrels from esteemed cooperages such as Boutes, Sylvain, Taransaud, Gamba, and Alain Foquet. Employing only native, spontaneous yeast and malolactic fermentations, the winemakers ensured the most authentic expression of the terroir.
