Wine Description

The Crane Assembly Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 presents itself with a dark garnet with a touch of vermillion on the rim, the wine opens with layers of ripe blue fruits, black cherry, cedar box, dried tobacco and tarragon. Robust on entry with notes of ripe plum and dark chocolate, the mid-palate conjures a tantalizing earthiness, a pluot reduction, a bouquet garni, all framed by a band of acidity and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Energetic through the finish, the wine closes with dusty, velvety tannins, licorice and a lingering orange peel.
