Teeter-Totter Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a bold and complex wine with a deep, vibrant color. Crafted by talented winemaker Benoit Touquette, this wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from Rutherford, Charbono from Calistoga, Petite Sirah from Calistoga, and Zinfandel from Calistoga. The 2017 Teeter Totter is a divisive wine with high tannin, high acid, and punchy fruit. It has a nose of plum, cherry, fig, and caramel with a palate of sweet fruit, roast oak, vanilla, and burnt sugar. The finish is confected with black tannin and VA. It’s like Rebel Wilson in lingerie – you can’t stop staring, but you’re not sure if you like it.
