Wine Description

The 2019 Jack’s Vineyard Cabernet exhibits a full purple core and aromas are immediate upon pulling the cork. Black raspberry and fresh ground coffee fill the glass, followed by the quintessential cocoa and truffle of Howell Mountain. The wine is extremely round and plush on the palate with blackberry and ripe plums taking the lead matched by eucalyptus and vanillin. The tannins are firm but chalky, with great acidity to match.
