Wine Description

A plush, opulent, densely textured, full-bodied wine that shows loads of black raspberry fruits, violets, shaved cocoa with polished, sweet tannins. The 2019 Royal Prince Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is dark and almost opaque in color with aromas of truffle, black cherry, and licorice. Aged in 75% new French oak for 24 months, the wine is at once powerful and richly textured, exhibiting flashy acidity and great persistence in the finish.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is rock star stuff and delivers a classic Napa level of richness and depth while staying pure, clean, and beautifully balanced. Lots of blackcurrants, dark chocolate, spice, and hints of tobacco all emerge from the glass, and it’s fullbodied, with a rich, fleshy, opulent mouthfeel, good tannins, and a great finish. Don’t miss this sexy, concentrated, impeccably made Cabernet!

Superstar Winemaker Maayan Koschitzkey and Vintner David Green’s latest masterpiece shows concentration and finesse, priced way below perceived quality. Layers of Devil’s Food cake, truffles, espresso, and cocoa don’t overshadow the suninspired notes of plum and black raspberry. A textured crown of mountain brush and sandalwood-infused black cherry is mouth-coating. The mid-palate wash of licorice and lush tannins keep tune with an on-going treasure of flavors.
