Wine Description

Hestan Meyer Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2017, a red wine, uses Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from Napa Valley AVA in California. The winemaker is Thomas Rivers Brown. After fermentation process, the wine is aged for 20 months in 60% new French oak barrels. The wine has 14.60% ABV.

The color of this Cabernet Sauvignon is purple-ruby in the glass. On the nose, tart red fruit, clove, vanilla husk, and an exotic spice component are present. Brambly fruit flavors with lingering wood and purple flowers on the palate are emphasized by firm but even tannins. The finish is light and clean with a refreshing acid framework. This wine will show best after a few hours in the decanter or 3-5 years of cellaring.
