Darioush Signature Series Chardonnay 2019, a white wine, uses the grapes sourced from Napa Valley AVA in California. The wine has 14.80% ABV.  The winemaker for all Darioush wines is Hope Goldie. After initial fermentation,  the wine is aged for 11 months in 66% new Siruge, Damy and François Frares French oak barrels. The wine is full-bodied yet vivacious, the wine exhibits a sturdy core of lemon curd and Granny Smith apple flavors segueing to beeswax and quince on the mid-palate, complemented by secondary flavors of hazelnut and brioche. A juicy, crisp, and lingering finish leaves an impression of salinity, reminiscent of fresh oysters or nori.
