In 2005, Nesti’s career took a significant turn as he joined the research team, focusing on microvinifications to identify the prime locations within the family’s high-altitude vineyards for grape cultivation.

With over a dozen vintages to his name, Nesti has evolved into a winemaker with a rare blend of skills. His expertise extends beyond research and vineyard management; he possesses an exceptional knowledge of precision tools to discern variability in vineyards.
