The grapes were hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, and naturally fermented in 100% French oak barrels using native yeasts. No malolactic fermentation was carried out to preserve the wine’s crisp, zesty profile. The wine was then aged sur lies for nine months with gentle bâtonnage, bottled in May 2025, and prepared for release in September 2025.
