The Barnett Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a concentrated, opaque purple wine that stands out in the Spring Mountain wine region. Winemaker David Tate has crafted this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with a blend that includes 12% Petite Verdot, sourced from the ideal rocky mountainside of Barnett Winery Napa Valley.
The color of this wine is a deep, rich purple, much darker than previous years. The aromatics fill the air with vibrant scents of cassis, dark plum, and black licorice. You will also notice prevalent notes of coffee grounds, cola, and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is full and silky, offering flavors of mocha, anise, and dark cherries that fill your mouth.
