You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Famelounge-PS.com. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, and you will need to be present and show proof of identification at the time of delivery.
During periods of extreme weather, we recommend postponing your wine shipment via ground services to ensure the safest conditions of your order. Neither the Famelounge-PS.com nor our freight carriers will accept liability for weather-related damage. Efforts are made to ship your packages at the beginning of each week in order to get shipments to you before the weekend, as we have no control over the temperature conditions at our freight carriers’ warehouses. Please understand that during business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery.
You will be given the opportunity to choose the appropriate shipping address and method. Famelounge-PS.com will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer to an address specified by the buyer, provided that Famelounge-PS.com believes that such shipment will not subject Famelounge-PS.com to risk of any sort of legal action or other harm.
In case of RE-SHIPPING OF WINE : If the shipment is shipped back to us via the carrier (FedEx or UPS) because it was refused for any reason, we will charge $60 per package as a re-stocking fee. The package means a box (there may be more than one box per shipment : example of a shipment having 24 bottles, there are two packages – restocking fee of $120.00 for that order). If in the situation that you would like to get the wine re delivered again, there is a shipping fee of $60.00 per case of wine (upto 12 bottles).
In the case of RETURNED PACKAGE : If any case when the shipment is returned back to us due to non-presence or refused delivery, there will be a restocking fee and delivery charges applied to your transaction before the refund is made. The refund is made after we receive the wine. The restocking fee is 15% and the delivery charges are based upon the shipment.
NOTE: Unless requested by the customer, ALL shipments will be delivered on weekdays ONLY. Extra fees apply for Saturday deliveries. Shipping costs will be added prior to processing your order. Please place your order online or feel free to contact us at (760) 320-2752 for any additional assistance.
