Bergstrom Wines Description
At Bergstrom Wines, the art of winemaking is a testament to their enduring philosophy of hard work and dedication. For this family and their team, every bottle is a result of a meticulous 1000-day journey from vineyard to market.
Since opening their doors, Bergstrom Wines has recognized Oregon’s Willamette Valley as the wellspring of exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Unlike mass-produced wines, their hand-crafted creations emerge from a natural, intimate process that fuses artistry with agriculture. The wines that bear the family’s crest and label are a testament to their commitment to quality and authenticity.
Across 70 acres spread over 5 distinct estate vineyards within the Dundee Hills, Chehalem Mountains, and Ribbon Ridge AVA’s, Bergstrom’s devoted farming team tends to the land. Embracing sustainable practices, their vineyards have eschewed chemicals since their inception in 1999. Composting and herbal treatments take precedence over synthetic fertilizers, enriching the soil with vitality and structure.
Detail-oriented and rooted in respect for the land, Bergstrom Wines mirror the essence of their origin. These wines, the perfect companions to fresh local fare, epitomize regional diversity, with notes of vibrant acidity, natural fruit aromas, mineral cores, and earthy undertones. A commitment to Oregon’s environment underpins their efforts, ensuring that each sip of Bergstrom Wine embodies purity, positivity, and vitality.
Among their renowned vineyards like Le Pré du Col, La Spirale, Silice, and Winery Block, Bergstrom Wines stands as a beacon of excellence, where craftsmanship meets the land’s bounty in every bottle.
